- Account Verification & Linking: To securely verify that you own the Roblox account you are linking and associate it with your Discord account within the context of a specific server using Rob.
- Role Management: To automatically assign, update, or remove Discord roles based on your verified Roblox group membership and rank, according to the rules set by the server administrators.
- Service Operation & Improvement: We may use aggregated and anonymized data (which does not identify you personally) to monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the overall functionality and user experience of Rob. We do not analyze individual user behavior patterns.

Server configuration data is retained as long as the bot is configured in that server. Anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement may be kept longer. You can request the deletion of your linked data by contacting us (see below).

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. Your data is primarily shared only with the necessary APIs (Discord API, Roblox API) to perform the core functions of the bot.
